Yogesh is certified to run various internationally acclaimed Leadership development interventions and travels across the globe to deliver the same.

Besides, he is a MCC (ICF) accredited coach, with 18 + years of active coaching and mentoring experience with corporate / individual clients. He has worked directly with senior leadership teams of many multinational /Indian companies in the areas of performance / problem /team coaching. His ‘one on one’ work with leaders focuses on leadership effectiveness, team conflict and handling difficult dialogues at workplace. For more than seven years now, Yogesh has been on the elite international panel of Coaches of Korn Ferry and works across global boundaries. During his career of more than 38 years Yogesh has worked in Sales, marketing and leadership development functions, with leading Indian and multinational companies. He is a management graduate, alumnus of Harvard Business School and certified executive and corporate well-being coach (from college of executive coaching, USA).
