Responsible for handling Internal staffing and recruitment. Transformed the recruitment process with automation and LEAN process improvement projects.
Careernet Consulting – President
2008-2009
Was driving Operational excellence, which comprised of improving operational efficiencies, HR management and optimizing the usage of automated systems. Was also responsible for launching the IT Infrastructure management practice and RPO services.
