On the other hand, ICF Level 2 Coaching is intended for candidates who seek the ICF PCC certification. The amount of time spent earning your ICF PCC credential is based on your availability, learning speed, and any existing coaching experience. Typically, students take 6 to 12 months to complete the 125+ hours of ICF Level 2 Coaching training and the 10 hours of mentor coaching. After attending training, you must accumulate at least 500 hours of coach-logged practice with a minimum of 25 clients. After fulfilling these requirements, you can submit your performance assessment and apply for the PCC credentialing exam. With BYLD's weekend courses and business networks, numerous participants accomplish the process in less than a year while working and studying
Yes. BYLD's ICF Level 2 Coaching program is set up specifically for working professionals who wish to obtain the ICF PCC certification without sacrificing their careers. A weekend learning style is what we provide so that you can juggle work with coach training. Classes are interactive, practical, and skill-based, with the focus on applying what you know right away so that you can apply coaching in your workplace or client projects as you learn. Our coaches offer instruction individualized to your personal objectives and schedule, and peer coaching sessions provide in-the-trenches practice. This flexible arrangement allows you to finish your certification while maintaining a full-time job.
The performance evaluation is an important step towards the ICF PCC certification. You must provide a recorded coaching session showing how you use ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level. ICF-certified assessors examine and grade this recording on such aspects as active listening, effective questioning, goal creation, ethical behavior, and awareness of the client. BYLD sets you up to succeed with practice coaching sessions, mentor coach commentary, and peer assessment. This ensures that you fulfill and surpass the PCC-level competency expectations, enhancing your success in passing the performance assessment the first time and obtaining your credential.
Yes. The ICF PCC credential is among the most valued professional coaching qualifications upheld in different industries and parts of the world. Most multinational companies and organizations prefer or insist on ICF-credentialed coaches for executive coaching, leadership development, and culture change.
