ICF Level 2 Coaching is a more advanced coach training program accredited by the International Coaching Federation that provides you with preparation to sit for the ICF PCC credential. At this level of training, you would need a minimum of 125 hours of education focused specifically on coaching, including ICF Core Competencies, ethics, and applied skills to coach clients at a professional level.

It involves a minimum of 60 hours of training on fundamental coaching skills and core competencies. On the other hand, ICF Level 2 Coaching is intended for candidates who seek the ICF PCC certification.
