ICF Level 1 Coaching is intended for candidates who seek to obtain the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential. It involves a minimum of 60 hours of training on fundamental coaching skills and core competencies. On the other hand, ICF Level 2 Coaching is intended for candidates who seek the ICF PCC certification. It takes more than 125 hours of training, sophisticated mentoring, and additional practice in coaching competencies.
